(Formerly called Older Adult Ministry)

The Wisdom Ministry team organizes events for older adults in the congregation.​  We stay in touch with retirees and seniors and try to nurture their spiritual needs. ​We plan events such as excursions, visits, entertainment, crafts, and fellowship​. These enhance our lives and are an opportunity to experience Christ’s love together. We are currently planning activities for the next season. There is lots of fun ahead.

There are a variety of activities for the
Wisdom Ministry

• A weekly Bible study

• Coffee Tea & Co. where the senior ladies gather to visit and support each other in these changing times

• Field Trips to various Bay Area Museums

• An evening at the Woodminster open air theater

• A luncheon to honor our older adults

• Ice Cream Social and Art Show as a fundraiser for the ministry

• Blessing of the Animals

• A Christmas party with a speaker on the Spirit of Christmas

• Every older adult receives a birthday card, a Christmas card and a card of cheer, if needed
